Privacy notice

Jani Operations collects the information you submit through inquiry, scheduling, quote, account, and client-workspace forms to respond to requests and deliver services. Account and project data is stored in the Operations Engine workspace and protected by authentication, workspace authorization, and role-aware access controls.

Payment details are handled by Stripe when Stripe checkout is used. Transactional notifications may be sent through Resend. We do not use email as the system of record for project files or approvals.
